My March 18 GTS - Love it. Not for sale. Last petrol car I’ll buy as its hard to fault and a joy to drive. The numerous extras can depreciate away to their heart’s content while I have fun.

I really dislike the Audified new rear lights so I bought just in time.

I really like the single strip rear light bar. Makes the original Macan dated now and with too broad a bum.

Can’t beat a broad bum! Reminiscent of a 996 C4S and similar......

Would love to drive one to compare with my, now, ex-GTS. It was a seriously good car with a peach of an engine (by Porsche). And I suspect difficult to beat (10ths of a second performance wise really are irrelevant when driving on public roads). Tiny tweaks seem to come at a reasonably substantial £cost

I can’t see any real reason to rush out and replace my current GTS. I would like the bigger nav screen as it looks a lot more modern, but I’m not a fan yet of the rear light bar and it’s just too much money for pretty much the same car.
The only flip side if I bought another Volcano Grey one, I could probably park it on the drive and not tell the wife - doubt she’d notice the small differences 😜
Fun ICE car - TBC...I’m working on it!!

I'm not yet convinced to renew my GTS for a paltry 15hp increment from an Audi shared engine; a light bar that spoils the previously aggressive sporty rear and still no Android Auto. However if I was in the market for my first Macan GTS, I'd have no hesitation in placing that deposit down for a car that is still vastly superior to its rivals.

Obviously with the wife owning a ‘gen 2’ S I can confirm the new light bar makes the old model look, well old !

As with her previous 981S, we have pretty much specced the car to GTS spec anyway and I’m sure we wouldn’t miss 15 odd bhp but do appreciate the residuals probably better on GTS than heavily loaded S

If I was a patient person I would have waited but I’m not so tough !

After some considerable thought just pulled my deposit for a replacement Turbo. Love the car but Just see the facelift package offerings as a retrograde step. Never kept my daily car for more than 3 years but this one is so good cannot see anything to beat it.
