Used v New GTS

Hi

I am looking to sell my Macan 2018 GTS due to having to move abroad. High spec, VG, GTS interior leather, sunroof, classic aloys, full LED +more..excellent condition. 11k mileage. Bought approved end of April 19 so still plenty of warranty.

Been following this forum but never posted. If you are interested feel free to pm if possible.

Hello MacanChris. Can I suggest that you put a full description listing all of the fitted options. Add exterior and interior photos of your GTS. State its month of registration in 2018. Last, but not least the price you are asking for it, Post on the For Sale section of this Forum.

Do consider Autotrader,Pistonheads etc to reach a wider audience. You could also try various OPCs and specialists prestige car buyers.

The prefrontal cortex tells me to buy second hand with warranty. My lizard brain tells me to get a new one, out the box.
Then, I convince prefrontal cortex to help the lizard brain configure the most sensible options and at that particular point the brains are in synch and the deal is made [emoji851]

I can understand the dilemma - the Gen 1 GTS is a wonderful charismatic car that I absolutely love. I doubt the Gen 2 GTS will reach the same heights so I can't see myself getting out of my Gen 1 for a long time but if I was in the market now I might be tempted by the Gen 2 as I suspect the new GTS will carry a premium for a while due to limited supply and lots of hype.

I'm in a similar situation and looking for a 17/18 model in carmine red with around 15K on the clock. My OPC had one when I was last there but had the red seats which were a bit much for me, otherwise the wallet would have been out. It killing me but I'm trying to be patient and think a few more will be available come Spring.

I think Belfast had three the last time I was there.

As Rab says Belfast have two reds listed. Right beside Belfast City airport if you are flying in to view. Also easy to transport a car from N Ireland to GB if you don’t fancy driving back although it’s also a great road trip in a new car to drive yourself.

The guy I bought my Cayenne off told me he regularly delivers cars personally to mainland customers if they dont fancy the drive themselves.
