I get less than 20 in town and mid 20’s on the motorway? Does this seem right? I expected at least mid 20s in town and 30s on the motorway. I don’t have a heavy right foot..

25 Average mixed driving around town and have seen 28 on a longer run with a light right foot ( am still running in) and making good use of coasting mode when road and conditions suit. Porsche Owners Club meeting at Duxford tomorrow so will see what that journey yields and perhaps report back.

Thought maybe it was just me. I’m going by the trip computer.. it’s mad as the turbo mpg figures seem to be not far off the new tt v8 m5.

if running in you are a Gen 2 2.9 lit turbo, I suspect most of the others reporting here are 3.6 lit Gen 1's?

I averaged 21 mpg on a full day test drive of a Gen 2 Turbo 2.9.

Gen 1 Turbo in the US - I get low 20s around town and on short trips and on
longer trips, using the coasting feature on the downhill sections, I get mid-20s,
sometimes as high as 26.

It's a 3.6 in a 4400 lb. vehicle, so fuel economy is not necessarily its strong suit.

As always, YMMV...
