I am interested to know what settings you use on the individual setting on the steering wheel button. So far I have set mine on Sport (not chassis) and low level. Any other suggestions?

Are you meaning the Diamond button?
I was referring the circular dial on the right on the wheel you get with Sport Chrono

That's only available with Facelift Macans fitted with Sport Chrono. You're probably dealing with a limited, but growing, audience.

On the 911 I set my individual to Exhaust on, Stop start off and everything else, PASM etc to normal. On the new Cayenne there is no individual option on the sports crono dial due to the pure electric position. There an option of one in the central screen but thats to much of a faf to be bothered with.

individual SC drivetrain set to sport and chassis set to sport plus

diamond button - surround view

Very unusual for the air sus to be set anything other than low unless offroad.

Don't they all do that by default? Mine is set to next track when playing music from the Jukebox.

On my rotary dial on the cayman I have individual set to PASM comfort, sport mode, wing up. No sports exhaust on the car as it sounds angry enough without it
