Rear Diffuser replacement where buy?

Anybody got info a steel/chrome replacement for a 2019 model 2.0t with sports exhausts.
Looks like a simple swap but can’t find one.
Exhaust tips are black and blend in too much...lol

Yeh, was thinking of a Matt silver?
Maybe buy a used one off eBay and experiment with it
