Yes when I clicked on that link for all the Petrol S the first car is in Belfast and 40k.

I was comparing it to the white Sheffield car which is 37k but older and higher miles. The Belfast car seems a much better buy but I haven’t looked at options on it.

This is now the car i am looking at. £1500 deposit, 6.9% APR and £1000 dealership contribution.
Thoughts on this car? Appreciating the spec isn't everyones preference.
I think a reasonable spec, the price is typical OPC, only one owner and full main dealer history, just bear in mind that the seller would have traded it at a value starting with a “2” and the £1000 I’m guessing is off through their finance. So for me there’s room for them to move at least another £1k off the car? If you want it give them a strong push. Also you stated you wanted it to be economical, just be aware of your ongoing maintenance costs, if nothing else you will be into brakes and discs and major servicing at some point in your ownership.

Just one thing I’m not really sure about, it says registered 12/2015 and states it’s a 2016 model year. I thought that PCM was standard and also LED DRL’s? Maybe someone can confirm or advise if I have it wrong. If it turns out to be a 2015 model year push a little harder.

2016 'model year' delivery dates were from mid-2015 to about April 2016. April 2016 brought the 2017 model year with the new PCM4.

Mine was registered Sep 2015, and I definitely paid £2007 for PCM3.1 :(

Forget my last sentence above, Guy has corrected me it will be a 2016 model year, I think I mixed it up with the 2017 model year changes 🙄🤕

Now that we are exiting lock down restrictions, i am now looking to buy a 16 plate Macan S Diesel. The car is from Porsche Belfast and has covered 31,000 miles with 2 previous owners.

PASM
PDLS
PAN ROOF
COMFORT MEMORY SEATS
20inch WHEELS
PARK ASSIST, to name a few of the key options

The monthly figure is so so low so i think this will be the car for me.
The car has just had 4 brand new tyres, all new brakes and last month had it's major service.
The only downfall / niggle for me is that it has been to the dealership once in 2017 for a manual regen
... Also, the car is from Belfast and I am from Glasgow. Less than ideal.
Is the regen in 2017 a big concern? Can of worms, i know.

Don't think one regen in its life should be an issue but is a feature of diesel ownership unless your mileage is high enough to suit diesel.
There are a few of us from N Ireland and could have a look at the car although I'm likely one of the furthest away. McNallys lives very close to the dealership and might take a run past although all the cars are likely hidden away just now.

That would be most helpful and very much appreciated if someone would be so kind.

On mileage, there car would do between 8-10k per annum with a mixture of driving (certainly not all short journeys). I like to enjoy a nice drive every now and then.

I am always surprised by the amount of weight given to mileage in a car purchase. I admit it is an easily seen criteria. However, I would argue what matters I the number of cold starts. If I had a choice between a 3-year-old car that had done 5k miles made up of 2 trips week of 15 miles and one that done 47k made of weekly trips of 300 miles I would choose the latter.
