They are now taking booking for servicing from Wednesday 20th May.

No courtesy cars or pick up/drop off. You have to deliver specific AM/PM and leave the car for 48 hours. I'd imagine the other Porsche UK OPC's are the same.
In a world where we are meant to avoid public transport were possible, they just have not thought leaving the car for 48 hrs through.

That is also crazy for short jobs like a oil change or swopping tyre sets which is the job I need done at Portsmouth as they have my summer set. I would expect for such jobs do book a specific time and wait outside or go for a walk if necessary
My thoughts too. Mine's a minor service, I was going to wait in reception. I'm not risking a taxi or 4 train rides though.

I was booked in for 21st May at Guildford, but no courtesy car, so I rebooked for 11th June when I can have a courtesy car.

Like others, I don’t fancy the train journey and it’s a 20 miles trek in a taxi.

My 911 is booked into Bristol for its first service next Wednesday. The original booking back in March was cancelled due to the enforced closure. They phoned on Monday to rearrange it.

I have had an email from Portsmouth this morning in response to an enquiry from myself that after the issue of Government workplace advice last night Inchcape are looking at a date to re-open as soon as possible. I assume this also applies to Inchcapes other garages of which I know includes Bournemouth OPC.

I've now got a booking at Hatfield with a courtesy car on 24th June, the earliest they can provide a loaner.

The list of new COVID rules is long!

Trying to use each car once per week.
