Some more so than others it would seem :D .

You keep saying this one's a keeper, Simon. For me, repeated expensive repairs mark the time to sell up and move on. Each to his own.
Hi Peter. Well, so far, I guess I haven’t spent much more than a 2 year extended warranty would have cost, so let’s see... ;)

Plus, from my previous Porsche history, the biggest expense is the depreciation hit associated with changing cars regularly... 🤪
If I remember correctly in pretty quick succession:-

Macan > 911 > Panamera > 911 C T (without looking at your signature)

This one is certainly lasting.

Good memory, Col! :)

Yeah, unlike the Macan 🤐😉

Ha ha! Yeah, trading in a brand new car after a month was not my finest hour!

Whereas the T, over three and a half years in & still loving it. :)

Who knows, might end up being the guy with the 100k + miles 911 daily driver... :D

@WingCommander,
Three years in one 911, are you starting to look for replacement?
Or are you still going strong and not interested with other shiny objects?
Current: 911 Carrera T - PPM9RU51
On order: 911 Targa 4S - PPDV8NY4

Hi Pivot,

Still going strong, and happy. Doesn’t stop me being distracted by other shiny objects, and occasionally visiting the configurator though! ;)

Cheers,
Simon

Still looking pretty good for a car that’s 3 years and 8 months old today! :) Seen here in showery Swindon, sporting it’s winter wheel/tyre set. ❄️

It looks like a dream! I’ve been spending some time on the config to work out if I could afford (and justify) a 911 😳
Even a basic car with minimal options looks pretty good to me and I wonder if I can sell the idea to mrs A …
Ultimately I think the compromise on space will be my undoing here but I sooo like them 😂
