It's an old debate which will go on and on.
Personally I love the Na engine of the 991.1. Although technically better/quicker the turbo engine cars feel more mundane to me. if you go for a .1 find a car with the sports steering wheel and paddles tho

A highish mileage for a 4 year old 911, but it should have just had its 4 year major service done. Let us know how you get on!

Yes I thought the mileage was a bit high too but a one owner car. Wonder if there is any wiggle room in the price.

I was looking at that one this afternoon and was going to post the link on here, but then thought that you sure were on it.

It's a very nice colour and good spec. The mileage is under 10,000 a year really, so not a mega mileage. And one owner is a good sign, they must have liked the car.

Good luck and keep us posted. 😃

In the spec list they possibly mean PASM sport suspension which is 20 mm lower than standard PASM.
The simple PASM is a standard on a Carrera S.

A modern 911 can certainly cope with 10k miles per year, but most 911s cover less, many a lot less. Mine is closing in on 29k miles and was new in April 2018. Obviously not done much mileage in the last 5 months either. There will definitely be wiggle room in the price - always ;)

+1 on all of that.

If you have not driven a Gen 1 you should try one. I had driven several new .2's but I bought the first .1 I drove. Quite a different experience, and for me took a while to appreciate its virtues over the ubiquitous turbo cars of today ;) I'd say the Gen 1 was the definitive GT sports car, lots of character when pressed but comfortable quiet cruiser for long distances and (allegedly) lighter than a 997 if not so classic a shape/size. Good luck - what about a 4.0GTS Cayman looks like to you could stretch to that?

Hi Guys ... didn't go to see the car today as the weather was awful. Didn't fancy looking at it in the rain and wind. Will reschedule and hopefully get to see it although the salesman did say there has been a lot of interest.
