Agree it was a superb display of tactics and driving.
Like him or not I feel we are lucky to have such a British driving talent.
Really hope he goes on to his 8th title this year, albeit with a monumental tussle with MV.

Also feel Lando is really starting to show quality.

I suspect on the basis of the two races last year with GR in the Merc and VB's failure to perform in races this year, Toto will think GR should be given a chance

What even after he caused Mercedes a costly crash repair bill to VB's car and took him out in race two. Totto was not a happy bunny with GR!

Lando would be my pick for the 2022 Merc seat.

Lando's the best brit taking experience into account; will be better than Hamilton with more experience so Lewis may not accept him in the team, also he is not managed by Toto

Yes but that was 2013, Ross Brawn's last year and GR was allegedly told last year by Toto he was next for a Merc Vacancy
