Gorgeous.
And that 2nd pic too, out of this world, even standing still !
Perfect angle for the rakes of sunshine down the flanks, perfect time of day to emphasise the bulges in all the right places, perfect backdrop and smooth ground finish to show off the lines.
Sorry, getting a bit carried away there

For just a second, I thought you'd changed your car Simon :D :D . It really is a stunning looking machine.

Ha ha, Peter! It is a dream machine, but I haven’t bought anywhere near enough Porsches to get on the VIP list for a GT3 build slot! ;)

Would love one but am not going to even consider embarrassing myself at my local OPC by asking if they have a build slot available.

I’m such a child - I prefer the big win one but appreciate this is super stealth

The allocation system is still bonkers though

My mate effectively bought 3 cars last year with our dealer - £100k Macan turbo for Mrs, ££100k+ on a gt4 and £140k cayenne for mum and still didn’t get one despite already owning 991.2 RS and 991.2 cup car
On order

GT4 RS

Current

992 S
Macan.2 S
928S4
Modified Lotus Exige V6
Seat Ibiza 1.0 (115ps) DSG Excellence Lux(dog’s!)
Jag Mk2 3.4

Ex

981 Boxster S

It is crazy indeed!

As demand clearly exceeds supply, and if they can’t build more GT cars, from a business perspective, why don’t they just hike the price?! Am sure they’d still sell at £200k...

Wondering if any of our 911 owning fraternity are planning to go for the 992 GTS, although I'm led to believe they're built with a fair amount of that special Porsche material from the GT3 - unobtainium :)

^^^ Should be easier to get a GTS than a GT3.

Starting at just under £109k though...

This 911 owner has no plans to trade in for a 992... ;)
