Will they be available 24/7 for Taycan owners? Or only open during OPC opening hours?

I think only during opening hours...unless they're not behind the gates

Hmmm - when I expressed an interest in a Taycan (Mission E) a few years back, I was hoping that charging would be available at OPCs 24/7.

Those of us without off-road charging ability at home are going to wait much longer before taking the EV plunge...

I suspect that their ‘fast’ chargers are not the rapid or ultrafast type so will take hours to deliver a decent top up.

Was at Swindon OPC on Monday. Alongside the existing chargers, they were installing extra ones, that looked bigger/faster... 🤔

What is the rear seat area of a Taycan like. Is there much passenger space. I have 2 teenagers so need a bit of space and sadly a 911 won’t do my job for that reason.

Very spacious and comfortable. The Cross Turismo has more headroom in the back but in the coupe there was still enough for me and I’m 6’ 2”. Also plenty leg room behind me when I was in the driving seat.

I really liked the car on our 24hr test drive but public charging attempts were grim and wife wants higher driving position so that was that!
