I too have similar on my desktop, and ipad, but not on my iphone, and makes no difference wheather I'm logged in or not.

Lucky for me, I am now in Portugal enjoying the terrible sunny weather.
Funnily enough all the ads are in Portuguese. I can’t speak it fluently, but they look ok.
