Slight problem at JLR showroom

Wonder what the actions will be following a major fire at JLR showroom in Preston today.

Started c1:00 this morning, the Showroom is or rather was adjacent to J31A of the M6.

It's maybe an "excess stock reduction" strategy.

The Dick Lovett JLR showroom in Melksham went up in smoke a couple of years ago. It was caused by a battery charger plugged into one of the showroom cars. All rebuilt now, just, but took twice as long as it should have due to Covid and shortage of building materials.

JLR only built the complex a few years ago, to combine the Jaguar and LR / RR showrooms which were separated by about 10 miles.

I think it only opened in about 2017, and the last time I went in there was to look at the iPace when it first appeared in the showrooms.
