Hooked up our Macan with our caravan on its inaugural towing trip up't North a few days ago, only to end up with an error warning come up on binnacle about 3/4 the way there. Car went into limp mode, so understand my relief to find a Porsche specialist within 1 1/2 miles of our destination campsite.
Anyway, gave them a call en route and they said to drop in on the way to the campsite. Really nice mechanic ran a diagnostic to find an EGR Valve Driver error. He cleared the fault and touch wood it hasn't re-occurred - yet!
We're currently in Northumberland due to make our way back down to Cheshire at the weekend, then on towards home in Wiltshire. Wish us luck.
