Not sure this is correct, as long as the garage is VAT registered and uses origional parts the law states it's ok and warranty is not effected.
That depends on the warranty, if you original Porsche 3 year warranty then yes, but if you have the Porsche extended warranty then no it will be effected, as the terms & conditions state that all work must be done by Porsche dealer.
Yes, that is true. That’s why I’m still using these appalling dealers for servicing well into year five.

Ok so I think Toddie is correct. Mine is within the three year new car warranty and this allows for independent servicing with OEM parts etc.
only extended or used car warranties require OPC servicing.
Will it affect used value? Probably a little but not by as much as the extra I would spend on servicing and parts from an OPC I think, not to mention their incompetence…

Choose your OPC carefully, not had any issues with mine, four cars and well into my second decade. Not all are the same.

I probably paid a little extra for a car still within extended warranty, as it gives me piece of mind as it's the wife's daily. I will keep it in warranty until I sell, will it command a slight premium? Possibly but will defo make it easier to sell IMO.
In the flip side, if it was a second car (toy), I would be indy all day.

Not 'all work', only the routine services are required by the extended warranty Ts&Cs. There is a clause though that states that if a defect arrises from non OPC work that defect will not be covered.

Thanks for all the advice guys. And the grievance is not at its end.
But on the physics side of the PDK oil change, I realise how essential it is to have this done. Although mine was 13k late, It’s not always evident due the very slow degradation of operation, how badly the system performs. But now with its new oil, it changes up and down through the gears, so very smoothly and not jerky, as it was becoming. A positive from it all.

Can imagine that, I always notice the difference new engine oil makes even though it didn't feel rough before being done. NB. That would be after 15k miles.

My T recently had an oil change, new drive belt, new filters and new spark plugs. Am sure it felt faster & sportier afterwards!
