Is this your Macan ?
https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en-GB/det ... rship=7546
Yes - I thought they might go around £68k so maybe priced for an offer
Interesting. Have just been offered £67k for my Jan 22 GTS with 6k miles as PX for another Macan. Feel there's a little more headroom then...
I think they are being a bit cheeky with that one. I would guess £73k (ish) as am quite sure that would be up at £80kplus at OPC?
Why another Macan when you have such a low mileage GTS??

Quite. Was thinking £75k and I'd make the change with the new one arriving around Jan, so in two years time.

No hurry to change. I'd just had a deposit down for months in readiness for the EV one which I could switch to when it's launched but have decided (as I think we discussed f2f) that not much good will come from going EV, so I then thought maybe get one of the last ICE versions given that the current models are holding their value pretty well. Well, until I heard the offer!

Haven't really engaged with the OPC since they gave me the number as it's not critical by all means, but might see if they're prepared to move upwards in a few days when am back home (currently in Scotland)

What I'd really like is a 500bhp run out version but sounds like there's no hope and Bob Hope on that one

If you do end up changing, and it ends up that they don’t make any more ice versions, I might be tempted to take it to a tuning house and get it fully “breathed on”
I reckon that engine could be upped to 500bhp plus for enough cash?
Food for thought…

100%. Know there are places that offer that but don't know any more. Guess that Litchfield would be a good first stop

I think Haman are quite famous for the full treatment - forged wheels, upgraded exhausts, lashings of carbon etc.
Litchfield will no doubt have a full menu of upgrades.
For what you would lose on the swap, might be an idea to let them loose on your current one and then it would feel like a new car anyway 👍

Cheers. Definitely like your thinking, Jon - esp as the new one would be v similar spec to current

There is a chance they can’t crack the Gen 3 ECU

TDI Tuning's offering takes it to 495HP and 455 ib/ft, all for £335 and Celtic Tuning takes it to 510HP and 560 lb/ft, but that's a re-map rather than a tuning box

Hate to think what the insurance would jump to with such mods. Aren’t these just conversation pieces in a pub? When would it ever get used?
