So I’m cleaning my cars yesterday and, whilst I’ve not noticed before, the tailpipes on the Macan are huge, they look like something from a modified Supra from the 90’s. It makes my M6 (competition pack with M sports exhaust) look like a Fiat 500 Abarth with those 4 little pea shooters poking out the rear.

So being a bit of a numbers nerd, I had to get the tape-measure out. The verdict, 105mm vs 80mm, and if my recollection of my formula is correct, that makes the size of tailpipes c70% larger on the Macan.

In all honesty, the difference in size looks more!

I've always loved the rear of the Macan due too its comically sized exhausts. Makes the car look like a caricature that's been turned into real life.

Isn’t it c30% larger? 80 + 30% = 104?

Have to say the quantity of exhaust pipe on a Macan does make it look like it means business :D

I'd agree with that. Or.. the M6 is 70% smaller??
