Drove to Ellough Park last Saturday (Beccles / Norwich) 260 odd miles there, and then another 260 back again. Beat the sat nav in both directions - just under 4 hrs there and 4 hrs 5 mins back. Fuelly said 26 mpg both ways and trip said average 68 mph going and a bit less return.
Didn't miss a beat and no complaints from my back or either passenger (mind you- they both had their eyes closed most of the way!)

It rained all the journey, discovered that the rear screen wiper chatters and squawks on the glass. 5500 miles and I guess it's a new blade? Is it worn out because of all the road muck it has to clear? The front ones are used much more but are fine. Averaged just under 25mpg but grotty weather and traffic kept the average speed to about 40.
The Macan rear wiper has always been susceptible to juddering/squeaking. Both my Macans have suffered from it.

I feel safe mentioning my Panamera on this thread

Have done over 4,200 miles now, so nicely run in. A supreme mile muncher. Have used Sport Plus a few times and love the sound! Quite addictive! Am surprised how little difference it makes as to whether I drive in Normal (Economy) mode or in Sport mode, as far as fuel consumption goes. On a 30-35 mile cross country run, it'll do 25 to 28 mpg. On a 165 mile Swindon to Broadstairs run (nearly all motorway and dual carriageway) it'll do 26 to 30 mpg. Both runs usually involve some spirited bursts of speed!

We are off to London from our home in Lancashire on Saturday so I will be taking note of EV charging facilities on route and in the hotel car park where the Turbo will be for a couple of days.

Try removing the blade, rotating it 180 degrees and refitting it. Worked for me, and mine had chattered from new.

My GTS goes around hairpin bends in Tuscany faster than a Fiat Panda which seems to piss the local drivers off somewhat.

I realised we had arrived in Italy when a car latched on to the rear of mine, about 12 inches away. It stayed there the whole time we were in Italy and only vanished when we crossed into Switzerland.

It's taken me about three weeks to figure out what 'VG' stands for.

I thought it was gynaecological slang.

Great to see all forum members embracing the random theme. Currently on an epic and torturous 4 hour journey only from south London to Henley to host clients at the regatta .... and I have no interest in rowing at all! [emoji35]
