I found USA drivers to be most polite.

I found most Belges fairly polite...happy to" zip" at most intersections around the Brussels ring.....(although I believe this is a legal requirement in Belgium as opposed to "you're not pushing in in front of me you b@stard" UK attitude!) Not done many miles on non motorway in Belgium for a few years now, so maybe different.....

Which country has the worst pedestrians who throw themselves in front of cars?

That's something that these studies don't really address (i.e. did the car drive into a pedestrian, or did the pedestrian walk in front of the car)

Try Turkey - scariest place ever. Had one come at me the wrong way down a one way street and only just avoided a head on. Just as well, because it is always judged to be the foreign driver at fault. And they don't bother using lights at night......
