20" Spyders - Domestic hostility

Mrs B has just realised that I plan to buy and fit 20" shiny spyders. Her comments were - 'surely not, they're awful' , 'what's wrong with what you have now', 'you've just had the classics painted', 'HOW MUCH?' . Mmmm, still going to get them though.

Tut, tut Frank, you did not ply her with the Borollo before raising the subject.

Spyders are the business, the best looking rims, though they are a sod to clean.

Now Turbo style look all wrong and neither concave or convex, too me they just look wierd, so wierd to me that if they were the only wheel choice I would not be driving a Macan.

Have you considered painting sport design wheels black? I know some on this forum have done so. Must be easier to clean than spyders...
