I received an "exclusive invite" today from Mid Sussex to attend a preview event on Wednesday 11th October. It's not a car I would buy (too long and expensive) but is it worth going for freebies? I presume there will be wine and nibbles.

The preview evenings are quite fun. Free drinks and nibbles. Don't get too excited about freebies though! At the Boxster evening I got a poster. At the Panamera evening I got a £10 voucher to spend in the OPC Porsche 'shop'. Well, a voucher each, so I got £20 off a Porsche jacket. And I bumped into Mike/Dandock at the Tewkesbury Panamera event, which was obviously the highlight of the evening for me!

Had the same invite but I'm away unfortunately. The last one I attended was the launch of the 991.2 and there was loads of champagne, nibbles and a couple of freebies so would like to have gone to this. Reading OPC for me though I presume they all do much the same thing

Yep, I think they're all pretty similar. They will have a small number of Sport Turismos going around the country from one OPC to another. Probably the head of Porsche GB will say a few words too.

Got my invite for October 17th today at Tewkesbury. Will probably go along.

Might bump into Dandock/Mike again to get the full rundown on the PEC Range Day!
