I have seen quiet a number of EVs around sunny Ballymena, mainly Nissan Leafs driven by notably older people who just use them for trundling around town where there perfect as long as simply getting from A to B is all that matters.
Cork and back for a 20 minute meeting!

Little or no EVs here yet.
I didn't know there was anywhere worth going in NI!

Actually Goron, it’s well worth a visit. Quiet roads, well surfaced, cops are few and far between, hardly a speed camera in sight, no average cameras, lots and lots of twisty country roads.

Excellent food, some nice places to visit, not too dear and everyone speaks the same language, well maybe with a thick accent. If you’ve never been, it’s worth a weekend visit.

When I worked for Bentley I used to call on the Charles Hurst dealer in Belfast. Having not spent any time in NI decided to come back and explore for a weekend. Spent a fantastic weekend up on the north coast staying in a cottage overlooking the giants causeway - lovely! The icing on the cake was that the dealer left a car at the airport for me to use for the weekend. A 430 Scuderia. It was quite a weekend!
