I recognise the detailer's photo location in Hilperton Marsh.

Yeah, I love the look of the Martini decals. 😎

Well, I think I need to be sensible and hang on to the Panamera for three years, so might fancy a change from red at that point. Maybe a white Mission E with Martini stripes!

The GT3 looks awesome - I think I would go for it either in white, miami blue or GT Silver. Not sure I'll ever make the list but still searching for my next Porsche.

Currently thinking of tracking down a NA 991 GTS (probably 4 wheel drive) - might even be a keeper! The more I think about it I think that model is going to be a collectors item in the future. My only regret in the last few years is that I sold my white 991 Gen 1 C4GTS.

I think you're right Arif about the Gen 1 being a collector's item and they are still going for silly money. The Gen 2 seems to be a bit marmite in some circles but I loved the huge torque it has.

There's been a lot of lasts with the 911 lately and it never seems to stop the next last one being popular. We've had the last air-cooled, the last normally aspirated, and last Mezner engines. Could the 991.2 be the last non hybrid 911?

I remember, it pained me when you let it go....
Still really happy with my 4GTS, cannot even contemplate where I could go from here. 2 and a half years and still grin every time I get out for a run.
Reckon you (and Simon) will be back

I will definitely be back in a 911 one day and a N/A 991.1 will I think be my preference.

Will keep to my full-four seater Porsche for now though. Best compromise for me between a Porsche sports car and a 'sensible' family car. And I don't want the hassle or expense of running two cars.

But as I have said before, Porsche has me hook, line & sinker. And the 911 is my favourite Porsche. :-D
