Anyone else getting distinct Mazda MX-5 vibes from the front angles? (Not necessarily a bad thing).

My initial impression when I saw it was ‘wow’. But having just seen a 20 min overview of it, I am pretty underwhelmed

The headlights look like an afterthought and the front grill/splitter and rear diffuser look very Halfords.

I also thought the interior looked a lot like an old TVR

I can’t put my finger on it but it just doesn’t flow right front to back

Yep, a bit of Mazda. And some F-Type too!

I'll stick with Porsche. ;)

Looks better in the flesh - but still definite MX5 looks at the front. Back looks awesome IMHO.

Doesn’t do it for me and would definitely need to be convinced that it’s less agricultural than its predecessor

Front definately

I think Wingco needs to go a check his rear light cluster as Aston Martin seem to have nicked one off a Porsche.

For that money, I'd prefer a GT3 with a few well chosen options. :geek:

I prefer my Panamera rear lights, Col.

And I prefer the back end of an F-Type coupé to that of this new Aston.

It's far too fiddly and will cost £120 - £130K. The rear end is screaming out for four pipes and appears to be suffering from Hemorrhoids

The rear end looks like something out of a fairground ride with those lights and far too expensive for what it is. I'll stick with the 911.
