That's why I've always preferred Porsche to Lambo or Ferrari. I prefer the understated look over the "look at me everyone" action man. While you can always get away with the latter in a mid-life-crisis sports car, I think it looks a bit fake and out of place in an SUV. It's almost like a sports car growing fat and having it's own mid-life crisis, lol
Porsche Macan Beater!
A certain clientele will love this car. The quality and car is probably epic in isolation. I however would not want to be seen in this type of car even if I got payed for it. The image this car creates just screams "new money" and lack of class. Not to be too bold now, but owners of these types of cars are often persons that I don't have much respect for simply put
+1 Although ignoring the supercar variants Ferrari generally look stylish and refined having a long established reputation and DNA as gentleman's touring racers. But we can't ignore the fact that extreme variants of Porsche also suffer from serious manopause syndrome.Peteski wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2017 9:27 amThat's why I've always preferred Porsche to Lambo or Ferrari. Re the Lambo SUV. Not to my taster but I can certainly see the appeal to the spoilt Kensington cruising brats and 16 year old Californians who will undoubtably be writing them off at a pace.
VG Petrol S http://www.porsche-code.com/PHIVCQU7 And a GT3 RS... by Lego! Not crash-tested!
For one I think its a fantastic interior. Don't forget, its a totally different brand proposition to Porsche (subtle is not a Lambo trait!), and backed up by the Audi infrastructure (PCM could take a leaf out of its book). This is exactly how I would want my Lambo interior to look, outrageous/unnecessary!!

So the OPC ordered the parts on Monday from Germany. They arrived this morning, which I thought was pretty good! They now have two complete sets of sports tailpipes for a Panamera 4 The work was completed this afternoon and I collect my freshly washed Panny on Saturday!Macandriver wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2017 10:26 pm So much for German efficiency!
Hope you’re back in the panny soon.

Yes indeed, Arif. It's a lovely little sports car and I think that the Boxster/Cayman is one of the finest sports cars that you can buy, especially at that price point!
I'll drive the long route to Tewkesbury tomorrow morning when I return it!

Had a Cayman back in the day. That being BC (before Cayman). Now we have 5 grandchildren that we cart around in 1s and 2s every week. Some on the same day, so her SLK has gone too good job we love them!
