Sorry to see that Simon but sure they'll fix it fine. Don't know if you had it on your Evoque, but I had it on mine, where the pipe at one side stuck out noticeably more than the other side. Occurred on more than half of Forum owners ones straight from factory - but an easy fix.

PS....I've got number plate OCD and yours would get me.

I see it on a lot of rear plates in particular where screws have different coloured caps and like your LHS black one it covers not only a black background but also a yellow one. Just think on cars with values like ours things should be a bit neater ie letters/numbers printed so don't interfere with screw holes etc - but alas, that usually doesn't happen so I normally get them to make me a back plate with no holes and stuck on foc!

With the Macan that means an extra sticky pad at each side because gap at sides is bigger than gap in middle part where two further sticking points are!

And a 911 numberplate on a Panamera doesn’t get you?

Oh, that's not good. Why did nobody spot it at the time?

But it drives me crazy if I see a mis-aligned number plate!

The rear number plate on my DB9 was attached with double sided sticky tape, which was not so sticky In hot weather, allowing the plate to slide down the boot, crookedly!

I do kinda agree about the 911 number plate on a car that isn’t a 911, not sure i could live with that.

Unless of course it’s temporary and it will be back on a 911 in due course!!

Content doesn't really bother me - more the fitting/alignment etc. Mind you, even though it's Christmas, not sure I could handle this content:-

Or a white one, as long as it is not weighed down by a fat Santa in the driver's seat. .
