I must admit that it is very appealing! I think the Litchfield upgrade takes the GTS to c 520 hp too 😁
Sounds tasty...!

And 520hp is just the ECU remap. Would be more with exhaust work (manifolds, sports CATs, silencer etc). ;)
This is not helping
Sorry!

That being said I think my GTS is a keeper so a lot cheaper than chopping it in [emoji106]
VanB, that was my thought process. Make the T a keeper. Spend £££s on enhancing it, but less than the cost of trading it in for a 991.2 GTS, a 992 or even a 991.1 GT3. :ugeek:

But then a 911 is a 911 and difficult to let go even for anything as special as a GT4. Maybe both
If you can afford to own both, and if you can actually get your hands on a 718 GT4, then go for it! :D

Failing that, pick up a pre-718 GT4, which by all accounts is very nearly as good as the newer model.

I love the thought of a GT4, but as my Porsche is a daily driver, my Carrera T is far more practical. And as you say, a 911 is an iconic 911. :)

I don’t agree with ‘going to waste’, but I do agree that to get the most out of my modified car, an introduction to tracking would be a great idea.

My point being - can you legally use the extra power?

Can you drive around corners any quicker then an already very well sorted car?

I doubt I could afford both, nice to dream though. Quite a stretch even in the most deranged of man maths. Word has it that Porsche will sell the new GT4 for the next two years and in greater numbers than before so lets assume its a possibility. So the choice is between a an iconic 911 and a track special GT4.
