Some better pics. Tape can clearly be seen albeit appears to only be obliterating the logo! Perhaps Porsche think that if the name can’t be seen no one will identify the car!

Definitely tape/vinyl lower down too.

Why tape over PORSCHE? Maybe it won't be a PORSCHE!!

We could be admiring the sleek lines of the new top-of-the-range Volkswagen!!

Here are the pictures of the very nice loan car I had whilst my Cayenne Turbo (E3) has been in having all of the niggles addressed. A big thank you to Porsche Newcastle for the loan.

She is a brand new Carrera T which had only covered 300 miles. She is the automatic version and was brimming with extras. I had fun speccing up the configurator with the options I thought she had and was easily North of £100k and I couldn’t be sure about the oily options, so who knows how far up that could have gone.

Car was an absolute blast to drive. 3 weeks and I still find myself driving the long way home!

Anyone who has a T, or any other version of 911 for that matter is a lucky person. To say I am smitten is an understatement. I’ll be honest, with 3 children this isn’t practical, but with a new Q7 already in the household I wonder whether I could make it work.
I’m in no hurry, so I am happy to wait and see.

Thanks for sharing the pics, smithy, and glad you have enjoyed the T. :)

It really is a great car, in my humble opinion. ;)

They were going some to get over £100k on a T.

Had mine been in £100k territory, I think I’d have gone down the GTS route, but with a modest list of extras, I think the T is great value. :geek:

I loved the shear occassion of it and she certainly turned a lot of heads. Be sad to hand back tomorrow, but then excited to see my old girl back.

This is what I think she is “wearing”. Not sure about rear steering or power assist plus, so left them off.
