Yes, the cost has been removed & the vouchers are a gesture of goodwill. The SE said this was unusual so long after order lock down. Hey-ho!

To be honest it will still look awesome without the SD pack - so still good in my opinion as you've got some vouchers and a final bill that's 3k less. i'm looking forward to seeing pics of your new Cayenne Turbo.
