Thats the era when FIA was re-translated as Ferrari International Aid!

How's the Go-Karting this year, Paul?
Only one meet so far this year Mike, moved up a class and a new team member (he races in team endurance)
He’s also buying a house so doing a few less rounds this season (so fewer miles on the Macan😳)

+1 Simon........"ottimo risultato"

Gives me chance to remember Schumacher in that dominant 2004 V10 beast !

14 years! And how simple is that front spoiler!!
How true, proper engine and not looking like its just collected a stray venetian blind
+1

Fastest lap time this year 1.33.74 whereas in 2004 Schumacher did it in 1.30.252 and track was about 5m longer (not sure if wider in places though?)! Mind you they did have over 900 horses in those days, revved up to approx 20k rpm + use of tyre and engine rules etc would've helped.

Those 2004 cars were fast !

The also had the benefit of it being a day time race.

Would it not be better if the pit stop was a fixed period of say 10s stationary.

No drama then, safety is not compromised, loose wheels a thing of the past.

All cars the same time in pit lane.

Overtaking then on track and not via a pit stop.

Just a thought

Do you ride yourself.

Although being a petrol head, I do like to get some good cylce rides under my belt on a regular basis.
For many years. I won a fair bit too, but then old age caught up and recovery took longer. These days it's mostly off-road running with a wee bit of MTB thrown in.

Must confess after the first dozen laps i thought it was going to be rather boring, but then god bless a few headers, Gasley and the bold Max etc., and everything turned on its head. People are quick to condemn them but were would F1 be without a few youngsters full of mad dog s***e
