Only one meet so far this year Mike, moved up a class and a new team member (he races in team endurance)
Heβs also buying a house so doing a few less rounds this season (so fewer miles on the Macan)

The also had the benefit of it being a day time race.Caster wrote: βTue Apr 10, 2018 2:57 pm+1
Fastest lap time this year 1.33.74 whereas in 2004 Schumacher did it in 1.30.252 and track was about 5m longer (not sure if wider in places though?)! Mind you they did have over 900 horses in those days, revved up to approx 20k rpm + use of tyre and engine rules etc would've helped.
Those 2004 cars were fast !
Those were the days, Dave!Caster wrote: βTue Apr 10, 2018 2:57 pm+1

For many years. I won a fair bit too, but then old age caught up and recovery took longer. These days it's mostly off-road running with a wee bit of MTB thrown in.Macananon wrote: βMon Apr 09, 2018 10:07 pmDo you ride yourself.happy days wrote: βMon Apr 09, 2018 8:44 am I didn't watch the GP - I was glued to Eurosport watching Paris-Roubaix. Regrettably, one rider died after suffering a heart attack following a crash. Such a tragedy.
Although being a petrol head, I do like to get some good cylce rides under my belt on a regular basis.
