If that was supposed to be a joke then sorry but it is in very poor taste.

People come in all shapes, sizes and abilites and we should respect that.

On a related matter to the images and text of the article.

How are people with mobility problems going to navigate down pavements restricted by charging stations, I often have to use a walking stick and have been a wheelchair user, its no joke getting from A to B in a Town as it is never mind when charging stations and cables proliferate.

Hats off to the council and the lampost charging stations.

As usual, you can rely on city planning to mess it up. The first picture is a great example of horrendous planning! Chargers in lamp posts is a great idea though. I suppose over time these growing pains will be overcome, at least to some extent. As the thread title says, you can't please all of the people.....
