Nothing beats the style of arriving in a classic 911

Yeah, I was only joking about the Tesla. Although when I did recently turn up at the local OPC in my Tesla (to pick up a set of winter wheels/tyres from my previous 911) the young Porsche technician was all excited to see it as his father had just ordered a Model S. So we had a good chat and then the sales manager came over and gave me the patter about future Porsche EVs - all in good spirit!

I would take them up on the offer. I realise they don't suit your usage, but it will give you a better idea of what all the fuss is about with EVs. Get in a Model X P100D and you'll be literally blown away by the performance. Even the non-P models are mightily impressive in their own right. The S is even quicker, but obviously has a more conventional low seating position.

Likewise. Porsche Wolverhampton are holding their event at Cholmondley Castle rather than at the dealership. Great shame that I can’t go.

I've had several, including one from Porsche Bolton who are at the same Cholmondley Castle, I think Pendragon group must all be holding celebrations at one venue.

Now got one from PCGB for Friday, so if I had nothing better to do, I could spend 3 days doing this.
I think the PCGB one (at Silverstone, with track driving) is the only one that appeals.
