I always found the VW interiors to be better than Audi. It's all the fake aluminium inserts that look tatty in five minutes that don't appeal in Audi although if you're talking about the design and interfaces, I'd agree.
Big fan of the 7.5 R and GTI. I've had them as loaners recently and for the money, they're a really great package.
Steve - Well that's a surprise. We took delivery around the same time and are swapping again. The whole Porsche experience is massively addictive. An 18% depreciation is also pretty palatable (to me) and I'd be happy with that result come time to sell later this year. Enjoy the next wait and purchase process.

Stevew!
I think we both got ours at roughly the same time (changing out of SDs!)
Does this mean I should now be looking at a 911.....?
Although (controversial comment alert) I did go to Silverstone last week and from a fun / chuckable point of view, I did prefer the Boxster to the 911....(hides down behind blast shelter....)

I do miss my 991.1. I've done it the other way around, from the 911 to the macan. If I could afford both I would jump at it, as it stands, the macan fills most of the holes left by the 911 and actually beats it in many other sections such as space etc.
My Porsche history
944 (sold)
911 (992.1 - sold)
Macan Turbo (sold)
Panamera turbo S E Hybrid (sold)
Cayenne sport (the bosses)
Taycan Turbo loving it.

I said much the same on another thread although in respect of a Cayman. I absolutely love my 911 but the Cayman was, in many respects, more fun.Paul wrote: Although (controversial comment alert[emoji6]) I did go to Silverstone last week and from a fun / chuckable point of view, I did prefer the Boxster to the 911....(hides down behind blast shelter....[emoji15])
Would I go back to a Cayman/Boxster? Not while I can afford to stay in a 911 which is the most complete car I’ve ever owned.
