The more I read about these EV's on here the less I want one.
Instead, I will stick to saving the environment through less consumerism and keep my car long term.

Long live the Macans' startup roar
Never read a single EV review.

Great thanks for sharing your experience.
I'm not convinced, just a dry reviewer. He did seem to be missing engine noise and vibration, but it's not meant to be a GT3 or classic Ferrari. Noisy engines are just tiresome in everyday driving, especially when you are pressing on. It will be a shame when all premium cars are EVs like this as I'm really enjoying the 5 car length head start you get on everything from the lights. It's almost comical, especially in the wet. The 0-60 times, impressive as they are, don't do these EVs justice.Orangebulldog wrote: ↑Mon Jun 04, 2018 2:29 pm

It is quite amazing that there are what seems to be anti EV comments by the bucketload.
EV is what it will be by choice in not to many years time, like it or not the future is not ICE.
Yes I like the growl on startup of my Turbo and the roar I get from it when I put my foot down to overtake. but could I live without it, well yes if the alternative is a shedload of instant torque that will get the car past the car I intend to overtake before the Turbos spool up
