Just watched it. Absolutely bonkers how fast that thing corners and accelerates. Mighty impressive

I think the driving is incredible. The amount of concentration is immense.

True col m. One more gear down that long long straight would have been nice..

Yes it was Timo Bernhard. We watched it here in Spielberg and everyone was aghast at the sheer speed and how quickly he was reacting.
So when is this ‘old enough to know better’ supposed to kick in ?

Surely they geared it for max speed on the main straight? I haven't seen the video, but was it sat on the rev limiter for ages then?

Edit: just watched it and yes it does seem on the limiter for quite some time down the straight.

It is on the limiter for 2 kilometres.
So when is this ‘old enough to know better’ supposed to kick in ?

Crikey! I have topped the crest going into Schwedenkreuz at 244 kph (according to data logger - no time to look at the dash) on my old Ducati in the past, with my eyes out on stalks - he is going 100kph faster!!!
