A GP is typically less than 200 miles and many races are much shorter than that e.g. BTCC typically 60 miles! So I doubt range will be an issue. The big challenge is going to be battery cooling, which I presume they have solved with increased cooling etc and probably less conservative temperature limits compared to the road cars.
Porsche say their performance evaluation benchmark for the Taycan and similar is five laps of the Nurburgring. So bang on on your figure.
