The engine issues relate to 991.1 GT3 not 991.2 - different engine and Porsche definitely learnt from the gen 1 disaster.
I asked about rear-axle steer as that makes a car feel much smaller. So if you have a narrower T with rear steer, I can see how you might come to that conclusion.
Glowing GT3 review from Henry Catchpole
Yes, the 991.1 engines were a disaster and most were changed FOC by Porsche. For the 991.2 they were modified but still basically the same engine. I'm still seeing problems for the .2 talked about on Rennlist, not nearly as many thankfully, but it has prompted Porsche to give a ten-year warranty on engine internals.Virage11 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 06, 2018 2:53 pm The engine issues relate to 991.1 GT3 not 991.2 - different engine and Porsche definitely learnt from the gen 1 disaster.

I just watched the video that Hawkeye posted earlier in his thread, it's very infectious, I smiled all the way through. I too would have the manual with touring pack.
The same car was used to create this little feature on manual gearboxes, it's just as infectious
At least, owning a Cayman one can experience a fraction of the GT3, the man box.
