I would take one of these over the regular boxy cayenne

Looks good, I would expect a Macan coupe in time.

They must be selling enough BMW X6s and the Merc equivalent etc to make this a worthwhile niche for Porsche to enter.
Judging by the above pics, it should be better looking than the offerings from BMW and Merc, albeit entering into a pretty small market segment.

I’ve seen quite a few new Cayenne (is this the plural?) and they look a whole lot better than the original.
I would agree, though, that this looks a whole lot better. Perhaps more the car is was meant to be.

It's almost certainly going to look better, but not sure about the practicality. I would have thought people would buy a Cayenne for the luxury, cabin space and luggage capacity or is this just for posers who want a big car for the sake of it? To be honest I wasn't that impressed with the interior space in the normal Cayenne (relative to others in the class) although it is plenty big enough for most.
Albeit tricky to tell but I feel the silhouette actually brings it closer to the Macan.

I moved up from the Macan to the new Cayenne for the extra space. The interior, unsurprisingly, is much bigger and accommodates my family of 5 and a dog rather well.Peteski wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 10:12 am It's almost certainly going to look better, but not sure about the practicality. I must admit though, I do like the look of the camouflaged mule coupe. It wouldn’t be practical for me, but I’m sure it will sell well.
