Going from 20”s to 19”s has not yet yielded any appreciable benefits in terms of road noise or ride comfort. However, the main purpose has been successful so far, with the car feeling reassuringly sure-footed in the cold weather. ❄️ 💦
You could have them re-done in black, to hide the winter grime. ;)
WC - It would look good on your car, black rims. I had mine powder coated in mat black. It shows winter grime even less.
Thanks, Nosmo. For me, the Titanium Grey wheels are dark enough. In fact, ideally I’d like them a shade lighter, like Platinum Grey. So I don’t think that black wheels would be for me. I like giving the T a new look, with the silver winter wheels. A bit like getting a new car twice a year, but somewhat cheaper! ;)

WC - That's a very nice way to look at it. Few of us could afford a new porker twice a year. You can, that's all very well documented

Ha ha! Not so sure about that! Maybe some of us just have a different attitude/appetite for taking on debt! ;)

My view, you only live once, so drive a car you love, today! :)

Luckily I have a decent final salary pension to look forward to, and I’m prepared to carry on working/earning until my mid sixties. :geek:
