Fairly simples/stylish rather than sporty. And a bit of colour, but not too much.
👍 I like the spec/choices here, been there before with 991S and enjoyed the experience but realistically the depreciation hit in the first 24 months v the small mileage many do means your burning 4 figures a month. Doesn't sit well with me anymore, much rather stick with a decent Porsche that I can use for all my purposes and that's definitely the Macan and for fun have something more stable financially, just my choice and opinion 😊

...911 Carrera T for me! ;)

Covering the equivalent of 15k to 16k miles per year and meets all my needs as a daily driver/sole car. :)

And some have burnt £1k or more per month in the depreciation suffered on their Macan/s... :(

£1k per month for all the smiles is well worthwhile but it drops dramatically as the car ages. A friend of mine sold his 991.1 S after 5 years and 80k + miles for North of £50k and I doubt he paid over £85k for it.

You don't buy any expensive normal production car expecting that it won't burn you on depreciation.

I have ordered a 992 C4S, but not needing it until end of year, so have kept the option to switch to a GTS instead. Towel down n all...

Think it looks a corker and yes, def more GT, which I want as my daily driver.

I look forward to others delivery pics.

Just been bumped UP the list, now have build date in March, for early May delivery!! Just have to hope the price doesn't suddenly go up due to a "no deal" !

OK troops, What is your feeling on lead times for a 992 S - could be 1 yr or 1.5 yr if I order say in March / April. Ideally would look to get August / Sept 2020. Macan owned outright by then and hopeful from 20k circa for my S3, mega low mileage 5 years old and 20k miles.

Was looking at moving house, but huge jump locally for not much more of a house - so the boss has agreed that ‘she’ should get a 911 and enjoy it / keep for a while.

Been informed that there around 40 names on the list in Belfast - but that’s for GT cars et al.

All sorts of Configs done, circa 105k. Colour is biggest problem, tempted for lava or Carrara white (or free Guards). Help required, should pass over the 3k or wait for brexit effect. The extra 10% doesn’t sit well with me - would rather go a used 991.2 4 GTS at that rate.
2016 Macan GTS - Volcano Grey and a few extras (SOLD)
2020 992s - Crayon and a few extra, extras
2022 Land Rover Defender 110 D300 HSE X-Dynamic Black, 7 seats and a load of extras

It's normally £5k for a 911 deposit. Why not put your deposit down as it's fully refundable up until lock down and if you don't then you won't be on the list if you decide you do want one?
