Something lighthearted for the holiday.

Technically not the best picture but illustrative of the issue: roadsigns that clearly are either ridiculous or superfluous.

Similar to this pic driving from a main road with 30 limit and possibly even dual carriageway albeit with a, say 40 or 50 speed restriction, onto a narrow single track lane.

I know that somewhere in the Highway Code there’ll be a paragraph about prevailing conditions, but c’mon, must we have the signage.

Any other examples?

Rarely get any ice on this C-class country lane. The sign is half way along a 3 mile road, so not a warning at the beginning or end of this route. Perhaps the sign should read "Bin" it! Google image as couldn't be arsed to go and take a photo.

If we're sticking to signs we've seen rather than googled, there was this on my access road a year or so back.

The blue one should have been facing the opposite way and after many complaints, it was swivelled around the other side of the pole. I think eventually, they just removed the blue one.
