So long as people do "feel special" and go along to/with these things, they'll keep doing it.

I used to go because it was basically a free booze-up (and I wouldn't have to drive of course) but now I just ignore them. Especially from the 3 or 4 OPCs I've never done business with!

I received one of these platinum invites and whilst in my local OPC asked if I should attend, he said “not unless you want a used car or have no other friends to talk to”
