And I did click on the link for the Cupra Atteca too! Same engine as in Mrs P’s TTS but in a Β£40K SUV (ish...)

IMO, I think diesel will be around for some time yet. Those HGV's are still a long way off from Valhalla. Although the scaremongering from Government sources have done for JLR.

The V8 diesel in the Panamera and Cayenne was a beast :D
