Ha ha! No, it's a football thing. Mother was Dutch so when they are playing I go to the pub in my orange suit. Hasn't been out for a few years, though...

Got my invite through yesterday for OPC Silverstone launch...being held at PEC.

First time going to one of these launches....how long do they usually last? Whats the usual itinerary?

Arrive....glass of fizz...few bites.....speech by DP....look at cars.....more fizz.....more bites.....very informal in my experience.

Agreed. They usually last a couple of hours or so. A pleasant way to spend an evening and not at all stuffy, in my experience.

Leicester have stated 6.30pm start, 7pm presentation and 9pm close

Normally very busy, plenty of drinks and nibbles and as already said, a pleasant evening. Plan to arrive about 7.30 to miss the crowds and presentation and have a decent poke around the cars

Just had an invitation from Wolverhampton for the evening of 25 March. The last event I went to there was very good so I'll definitely attend, possibly in my new Duster if it arrives in time
