Last Friday we went to Liverpool and we often go into the Anglican Cathedral.

On entering the PA system was blasting out with someone talking but due to the acoustics what they were saying was inaudible, we then saw that there were a lot of tables laid out for a function that looked as though it was going to take place that evening. On a raised area a Range Rover was under a cover.

We asked what was happening and the person said it was a JLR prize giving function to celebrate a new edition of a car.

So JLR the company that lost hundreds of millions in the last few years sees it as perfectly normal to spend a large sum of cash that they do not have on a jolly for hangers on.
