I haven’t been on the forum for a while but thought you might like the picture of a Taycan that I took this afternoon. Supposedly the first one in Europe if the man was to be believed. I have to confess I was a bit surprised to find it half way up a mountain in a ski resort. That’s product placement for you

Where is it? Mannequin driver, charging port without a flap... no chicks in bikinis.
Something is not right... looks like a trap!

Weird that there is no cover on the charging port!

Think I have solved the no cover issue. There is a "Powered charging port cover" option cost £443

"Electric opening and closing of charge port door for charge ports on driver and front passenger side.

The charge port door can be operated via the centre console or a sensor right next to the charge port door.

The charge port door retracts behind the wings to ensure optimum access to the charge ports, and closes automatically when the charging plug is removed. "

Meribel is a great place. Just back from Sauze D'Oulx, but wouldn't recommend it.

Reading the FT 'How To Spend It' over Xmas, I believe the Taycan is there as a promotion for 'eco chalets' for sale by Six Senses.

Buy a chalet for £5.5million and get a 'free' Taycan.

That explains why it was up a mountain in Mirabel.

Very clever promotion, however, the exam question is did BigPhil buy the chalet for £5.5m to get a matching snowy-white Tycan?
