Porsche Taycan OPC Launch Event

No Belfast invite for me as yet, which is surprising as my SE told me it was happening and that he would issue an invite. He knows I'm very interested in a BEV Macan. Just to get a feel for the drivetrain.

I got an invite from Mid Sussex for 2nd April. Probably won't go as due to be in Dorset that day.

Got my invite from Tewkesbury OPC via email Monday afternoon, Our event is on Monday 30th March
7.00pm - Official start for event
7.30pm - Presentation begins
9.30pm - Event closes

Hitman, from memory are you leicester based. I have not had my invite yet but am going on their drive out on Thursday with lunch and a bit of clay pigeon shooting

Yes I am Leicester based. The event is on the 25th March.

I’d double-check the date, as the 12th is way earlier than all other dates quoted in this thread

I see Audi are having difficulties obtaining enough batteries for their Etron so are reducing the sales numbers quite substantially. The same article also though Porsche would have a similar problem and would have to restrict sales as well.

If true this will have knock effect for the number of powerful ICE's they cam sell without tax penalties for failing to meet emission targets.
