A bit of a low key online launch today. Suspect the cancellation of the Geneva motor show scuppered the proper launch.
Some car though. Wow.

650hp with 800nm of torque 0-60 in 2.7s - very very impressive and Porsche figures are usually conservative!
Just not sure I'd pay 170k for one when a fully specced GT3 is 130k

I watched "Harry's Garage" taking the McLaren GT to Nice last night and I guess it is the same camp looking at power levels, usability, and also price! Both look amazing cars!

Will be a monster, as usual with turbos coupe looks great but cab looks odd IMHO due to real spoiler
Amazing how they have upped the cost of this model so quickly - the 997 turbo was a £100k car that you could maybe add £5k of options, now its £160k plus £15k options
Interesting to see Porsche now offer "protective foil" to the front, probably as its such a popular thing to do outside of Porsche, seems OK value at £1300 and would come with their warranty if it peels etc

This - but probably more chance of average Joe getting their hands on a Turbo S than a GT3.MacanArif wrote:650hp with 800nm of torque 0-60 in 2.7s - very very impressive and Porsche figures are usually conservative!

Also substantially poor value compared to other attainable cars in the 911 range and suspect depreciation could be an issue but, with Porsche, who knows!
